Michaela joined The JBar Group in 2019 after a successful career as an international tax attorney, having worked extensively with corporate clients to assist in corporate tax planning and structuring. Now, as an Executive Legal Recruiter, Michaela combines her legal background with her passion for getting to know attorney candidates on a deeper level, which allows her to assist in their making the best career move possible. 

Michaela graduated from Cornell University in 2010, and then earned her JD and MBA from the Fordham University School of Law in 2014. She brings a unique skill set to the recruiting industry based on her professional and academic background. In addition to recruiting, Michaela spends her free time volunteering for several charities serving underserved youth and the arts , and is an avid skier and horseback rider. Michaela grew up and currently resides in Manhattan.
